Preventing Sleep Wrinkles Breakthrough!

According to experts, there are behavioral changes you can make right now. "Sleep wrinkles are creases that form on the face due to skin positioning". They typically form while people are moving around during their sleep, as people lay with their face down into their pillows. The skin cannot easily glide along the more rougher fabrics that have friction like flannel and cotton. The less you sleep on rougher fabrics the less likely you will have permanent wrinkles.

Ideally you should be sleeping on satin or silk pillowcases. This will reduce facial creases, imprints, and lines as you sleep. As a working Mom of five I use to be sleep deprived, however once I would lay my head down on my satin pillowcase my skin would be guaranteed to rejuvenate throughout the night. People are always complimenting me on how well rested and youthful I look to be a mom of five. I'm personally addicted to my satin pillowcases!
